Provide the Bleacherman with a sample of the boards being replaced, and we will custom-mix stains together to match your sample as closely as possible. Please mail a sample that is at least 6” X 6 ”to:

At our headquarters in Corinth, NY, we maintain an inventory of Southern Yellow Pine, Fir and Mahogany with your choice of solid or laminated boards, up to 16 ft in length. Up to 20 ft comes with one fingerjoint only. Boards can be laminated and fingerjointed to any configuration desired.

• Unfinished - Boards are sanded, but have no stain or sealer applied.
• Finished - Boards are available stained to match your bleachers (sample required for matching). Boards receive three coats of sealer after staining, or can be clearcoated without stain for a natural look.

The Bleacherman mills replacement boards to duplicate five common profiles bleacher boards. (Boards are available in 3/4” or 1” thickness, any length or width.)

The Bleacherman’s in-house wood shop is fully equipped with woodworking equipment of every description: planers, edgers, sanders, routers, as well as fingerjointing and laminating machines. That means we can manufacture virtually any shape or size wood board you may need.

Replacing Broken Boards Yourself?

The Bleacherman will ship the boards you need directly to your door. Just let us know the type of boards you need (see order form below) and we will take care of the rest. Replacement boards are carefully wrapped in clear plastic film before shipping.
