When our Century Design® system is retrofitted to a bleacher understructure, it reinforces and strengthens the understructure, prevents sagging and provides a 20-year warranty on the retrofitted understructure.

Because Century Design® system installations are typically performed in conjunction with full motorization of the bleachers using our heavy duty motors and drive wheels, these components are also covered by our 20-year warranty.

During the first year, the Bleacherman’s “blanket” warranty covers everything that we work on.


	Work performed under this contract shall carry a one (1) year warranty. Should any product or workmanship failure occur during this time, it will be corrected free of charge. Acts of God, fire, flood, misuse or abuse (whether deliberate or unintentional) are not covered by this one year warranty.


	Telescopic bleacher understructures that have the Century Design® system installed by the Bleacherman are warranted to safely carry live and dead loads in the open, partially open and closed position without sagging caused by unsupported weight. Climbing is NOT a disclaimer. Any motorized understructure with the Century Design® system properly installed and found to be defective because of sagging or structural deformation will be replaced or repaired free of charge during the warranty period. This 20-year warranty also covers our heavy duty motors against defects, and the drive rollers from delamination. Owners are required to comply with code requirements for maintenance and operations. An annual inspection and required maintenance of each grandstand shall be performed to ensure safe conditions. At least biennially the inspection shall be performed by a professional engineer or qualified service personnel. Acts of God, fire, flood, misuse or abuse (whether deliberate or unintentional) or vandalism are not covered by this twenty year warranty.
